The MBA (Global) is designed for emerging leaders with global ambitions.

The two-year program is for recent graduates and early-career professionals. It builds on your undergraduate degree and helps you on your way to a global business career.

The course focuses on core business knowledge and inter-cultural communication, ensuring your skills can be applied within an international business context.

Our partnerships give you the opportunity to take a study tour overseas, learning essential business practices that will help equip you for a career that could take you anywhere in the world.

The International Study Tour also includes an introduction to the culture as well as business aspects of a society.

Fast-track your MBA (Global)

If you are a graduate with an undergraduate degree in business or commerce you may receive Credit for Recognised Learning (CRL) equal to 100 credits within the MBA (Global) (equivalent of one semester full-time study). This means you could complete your MBA (Global) sooner.

Please refer to the handbook for additional course overview information.

How this course will make you industry ready

Throughout the course, you will develop your leadership skills through work-integrated learning, industry mentorships and field trips. You will also gain insight from an international study tour at a leading international university.

In your final semester, you will undertake an industry based business placement or consultancy project, to help you further cement your professional skills in the competitive global market.

What you'll learn

  • apply appropriate practices, principles and concepts to evaluate and resolve current and emerging trends in business management and practices
  • think critically, creatively and innovatively
  • access and synthesise information from multiple sources to make sound judgements
  • communicate in ways appropriate to the discipline, audience and purpose
  • use and apply technologies in ways that are beneficial to the workplace
  • develop an understanding of and reflectively apply different learning and development strategies
  • create new approaches of looking at global business issues
  • demonstrate ways of using cultural diversity to improve self- awareness, business, professional and ethical practice
