If you have a child in year 9 to 12, they’re probably starting to have conversations about their pathway to university.
Whether they’re set on a course and a career or want to learn more about what to expect, they’ll have questions about their next steps. And of course, you will too.
We’ll be running two information sessions – one for year 9 and 10 parents and guardians, and another for year 11 and 12 parents and guardians.
Parents are encouraged to bring their child along to these sessions, joining us either online or in person. If you are attending in person, you’ll also have the opportunity to join us at the expo before or after your session to chat with Curtin experts from across the uni.
What you can expect from this session:
- Learn about early offers – what they are and how they can help your child
- Find out more about the various entry pathways
- Discover our scholarships, including those that consider extracurricular activities your child might undertake during high school
- Gain insights from Curtin students about their learning experience, support services and the study skills that help to reduce stress
- Talk with course experts at the expo after the session.

This session is for parents and guardians with children in year 9 or 10. The information session will run from 5:30pm to 6:10pm.
We will also be running an expo from 5pm to 8:30pm, where you’ll get the chance to enjoy some light refreshments and get all of your specific questions answered by our experts.
