Are your customers having the best possible experience?

The best way to improve your product or platform is to properly understand how people interact with it.

User Experience (UX) is where research and design are applied to create interactions with products and platforms that users love. UX focuses on developing a deep understanding of users, what they need, what they value, their abilities, and also their limitations. UX design skills are critical in digital marketing and business, and have broader applicability to the fields of graphic design, web and app development, SEO, and product or project management.

In this one-day masterclass, you’ll learn how to evaluate and apply UX design to optimise the customer experience.
