In today’s competitive market, a reputation can be an organisation’s biggest asset – the thing that makes you stand out from the crowd and gives you a competitive edge.

Alternatively, if your reputation is mismanaged, it can see your competitors move ahead of you.

Effective reputation management ensures active listening, clear communication and the building of good relationships with all relevant stakeholders, with the aim to futureproof against potential challenges, issues or crises. Throughout the program, you will explore these topics, as well as the role of participatory culture, brand communities, ethical dimensions and how to manage conflicting advice or demands.

Led by Dr Katharina Wolf, participants will be exposed to the latest knowledge and insights in on- and offline reputation management. It will provide you with the skills and knowledge to build a robust and sustainable reputation on behalf of organisation, department or as individuals.
