Consumer Research Lab

The Consumer Research Laboratory is a leading innovation and research hub in the field of luxury branding. It uses psychophysiological methods, including mobile devices capable of tracking consumers’ cognitive, attitudinal, affective, and behavioural responses through real-time psychophysiological measures.
