As part of the enrolment process for this course, you will be asked to acknowledge on your enrolment form that you have read and understood the student declaration.
You are also required to sign a Confidentiality Declaration at either the commencement of your studies with the Faculty of Health Sciences, or prior to undertaking clinical/fieldwork placements while undertaking this course.
Fieldwork host organisations may also require you to sign confidentiality agreements.
